Returns and Refunds

If your product is eligible for an Exchange will be acceptable within 7 days of transaction. Packing of the products must be same that we had sent you & send back the items along with vat invoice. In a rare case sometimes, refund can be done but you should follow some terms and conditions that you should follow. Refund policy may not be the same for all products under a different category refund can be done by looking the products categories.

  1. Electronic:
    1.  Electronic items can be exchanged after looking its warranty.
    2. The products which are under the warranty period will be makeover from the service center & get serviced. As we can provide warranty service from your seller.
  2.  Grocery:
    1. Grocery items can’t be exchange & return.
  3. Fashion:
    1. Fashion items can be exchange with the same color & same design with the sizes
    2. Clothes/products can’t be exchange & return except condition in (a).
    3. The labeling and price tags should remain as it was before.
  4. Home & Kitchen:  
     Electronic: the products which are under the warranty period will re makeover from the service center & get serviced .As we can provide warranty from your seller.
      a. Wooden: Furniture items can be exchange if incase furniture are break or while opening your products if you got damage then immediately let us know, send us picture of     it . If your furniture got damage while      b. moving it can’t be exchanged.  
     c.  Steel: Kitchen utensils items can’t be exchanged.
    d.  Plastic & Ceramic Pot: these  items can’t be exchanged.                          

e)  Beauty, Toys & Games: These items can't be exchanged & refund.

 f. Accessories:  if incase of wrong product delivered we can only do exchanged, All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, Accessories/ its parts e.g.: Lid or covers, sponge etc/starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, Headphones, etc.), freebies and combos if any must be there. 

NOTE:   The products which are under the warranty period will be makeover from the service center & get serviced. Please bring warranty card along with vat invoice.

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, vat invoice, freebies and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
